How do you ensure my baked goods arrive fresh?
All items are baked to order and vacuum-sealed or insulated with eco-friendly packaging. We use expedited shipping to ensure your treats arrive at peak freshness within 1-2 days of leaving our oven.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes! We have a dedicated selection of gluten-free and vegan cupcakes and cookies. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, please note that our kitchen also processes wheat, dairy, and nuts.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Absolutely. During checkout, you can select a 'Preferred Delivery Date' from our calendar. We recommend choosing a date 24 hours before your event to account for any carrier delays.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
How should I store my treats once they arrive?
Most of our cakes and cupcakes are best enjoyed at room temperature. If you aren't eating them immediately, store them in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze them for up to a month.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts for events?
We love catering weddings and corporate events! For orders exceeding 5 dozen items, please contact our events team via the 'Wholesale' link for special pricing and custom packaging options.
